Nate attended Golden Gate University School of Law, where he received a litigation certificate.  While in law school , Nate received the CALI award for Constitutional Law, and the Witkin award for Torts II.   Prior to law school, Nate graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from California State University Chico.

Catastrohic Injury

  • Defense of businesses and individuals in a wide variety of claims regarding negligent and intentional acts, including automobile accidents, assault and battery, sexual assault, and construction site accidents resulting in catastrophic injuries and death.
  • Defense of business establishments against injury claims involving third parties.

Construction

  • Defense of developers, general contractors, and construction managers in complex multi-party litigation involving commercial and residential properties. Cases range from single family home disputes to actions involving hundreds of properties.
