Mike practices in the areas of Construction, Personal Injury/ Products Liability, Catastrophic Injury and Public Entity Defense. He represents general contractors, employers, manufacturers, businesses and individuals against claims relating to property damage, construction defects, catastrophic injury, intentional and negligent torts and allegedly dangerous products. Mike has extensive experience in all phases of litigation, from discovery up to, and including, trial. He has been trial counsel in multi-million dollar lawsuits involving brain injuries, birth defects and property damage. Mike received his J.D. from Golden Gate University in 2008, graduating with honors. During law school he gained extensive courtroom experience at the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, actively litigating criminal cases from their early stages through appeal. He was also a member of the school's Mock Trial Competition Team and on the Editorial Board of the Golden Gate University Law Review. He also published a note on appellate practices in federal criminal sentencing. |
