Construction
Defends several of California's largest builders and developers in complex construction defect matters, ranging from single home litigation to matters involving hundreds of residential properties.
Prosecutes and defends claims related to Homeowners Associations, SB800 claims (Civil Code section 910, et al.), and Calderon claims (Civil Code section 1375).
Enforces indemnity agreements and additional insured obligations, and litigates contract disputes on behalf of developers and general contractors.

Regina was admitted to the California bar in 2009 after graduating from Santa Clara University School of Law. As a law student, Regina served as a Research Editor for Volume 49 of The Santa Clara Law Review, participated in the National Moot Court Competition, and earned the CALI Excellence for The Future Award in Legal Research and Writing, Wills and Trusts, and Protection of Intellectual Property. Regina also served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Jeffrey S. White in the United States District Court, Northern District of California. During law school, Regina acted as an orientation leader and as a tutor for the academic success program.
Prior to law school, Regina earned a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication with a minor in Business Administration and a concentration in Economics from Boston University. |
