Representation and defense including trial of doctors and health care providers in a wide variety of claims, involving medical malpractice, including wrongful death, failure to diagnose cancer, catastrophic injury cases, lack of informed consent in drug trial cases, and negligence.

Defense of property owners, product manufacturers and contractors in all aspects of personal injury litigation involving claims of mold, asbestos or toxic chemical exposure.

Raffi practices in the areas of catastrophic injuries, products liability, toxic torts and professional liability. He was admitted into the California bar and the Central District of California in 2007 after graduating from Southwestern School of Law. While in law school, he served as president of the Armenian Law Students Association and as a lead research assistant in an active Texas death penalty appeal. While an undergraduate at Loyola Marymount University, Raffi studied at Oxford, England in the honor's program at Queen's College. Prior to joining Wood, Smith, Henning & Berman, Raffi practiced at a civil defense firm defending complex medical malpractice actions, where he gained experience in all aspects of litigation and arbitration. Raffi is also fluent in Armenian. |
