Kevin K. Gupta is a native of San Diego, California. He received his law degree, with honors, from California Western School of Law. During law school, Kevin served as a Judicial Extern to The Honorable Louisa S. Porter, United States District Court for the Southern District Of California. Kevin was also a member of the school's Law Review, and worked as a research assistant to Prof. William J. Aceves. Kevin received his Bachelor's Degree in International Business from San Diego State University, where he served as President of his fraternity, as well as President of the University's Inter-Fraternity Council. Kevin is conversant in Spanish and studied Spanish throughout completion of his International Business degree. Prior to joining Wood Smith, Kevin was an associate with Lorber, Greenfield & Polito, where he practiced construction defect litigation. In 2008, Kevin was selected as Outstanding New Attorney Of The Year by the San Diego Defense Lawyers' Association. |
