Represents dentists in the defense of patient claims, including claims relating to complications of general dentistry, endodontics, prosthodontics, periodontics and orthodontia.
Routinely represents a major dental office chain in defense of claims relating to both common and rare complications of extractions, root canal therapy, implant dentistry, and consent issues in arbitration and trial.
Represents nurses, home health care providers, surgery centers, and hospitals in the defense of professional negligence claims relating to patient care, handling of records, and HIPAA compliance.

Represents common carriers, including companies operating school bus contracts, intra-city transit bus operators, commuter bus oprators, and long-haul busing companies in connection with claims for vehicular negligence.
Defended several multi-plaintiff claims relating to major bus accidents, and has tried both passenger and third party claims.

Litigates business claims, including interpretation of non-compete clauses in employment and business purchase agreements, as well as business fraud and trade secret claims.
