Hillary was admitted to the California Bar in 2005 after graduating from Southwestern University School of Law. While at Southwestern, she participated on the Southwestern Moot Court Honors Program as an oralist in the Robert F. Wagner National Labor and Employment Moot Court Competition in New York, New York. Hillary’s primary area of concentration is tort defense, with a focus on personal injury and product liability defense. She also has experience in the defense of toxic tort and environmental nuisance claims. Hillary is skilled in all areas of litigation including depositions, law and motion practice, mediation and arbitration. Prior to joining WSH&B, she focused on high-profile litigation including causes of action in contract, defamation, trademark, copyright, and personal injury. Hillary serves on the Board of Governors for The Nickel Club at Southwestern University. She is also an active volunteer for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Greater Los Angeles. |
