Robin specializes in the areas of construction and tort defense. She represents real estate developers and contractors in class action construction defect litigation as well as single family residence claims. She also defends property owners, contractors and builders in cases involving construction-related and slip and fall accidents on commercial and residential sites. She is experienced in all aspects of litigation including discovery, law and motion practice and alternative dispute resolution. Robin also has worked in transactional matters and general business litigation, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Phyllis J. Hamilton of the U.S. District Court. Prior to entering law school, she worked for an affordable housing developer, gaining experience in financing, developing and managing multi-family housing units throughout Southern California. |
