Blake was admitted to the Nevada Bar in 2005, following his graduation from the William S. Boyd School of Law at the University of Nevada - Las Vegas. His practice focuses on the areas of construction litigation, general liability, and tort and injury defense. While in law school, Blake externed in the civil litigation section of the United States Attorney's Office in Las Vegas and was also active in both the Student Bar Association and the ABA's Law Student Division. Prior to coming to Wood, Smith Henning, & Berman, Blake represented developer and subcontractor clients in complex construction defect litigation and defended a variety of developers in matters including general liability, toxic tort and wrongful death. Blake worked in the field of environmental science before and during law school. |
