Christina was born and raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she attended Colorado State University to study Political Science and Technical Journalism. She then moved to San Diego, where she was a Kennedy Scholar at California Western School of Law. During law school, Christina held internships with the San Diego County Public Defender and the United States Attorney. She also served as a judicial extern for The Honorable John S. Rhoades, Senior U.S. District Judge for the Southern District of California. Christina was also actively involved in the California Innocence Project, where she assisted in the 2004 release of a man who was wrongfully incarcerated for over 20 years. |
