Defense of developers, general contractors, construction managers and design professionals in complex multi-party litigation involving commercial and residential properties. Cases range from single family home disputes to cases involving hundreds of properties.
Representation of several of California's largest publicly-held and privately-held builders.
Prosecution and defense of claims related to Homeowners Associations and claims involving Civil Code section 910, et. al (SB800) and Civil Code section 1375 (Calderon).
Defense of property owners, developers, contractors, and subcontractors against claims arising from accidents on commercial and residential construction sites.

Wendy specializes in the area of construction defect litigation and premises liability. She was admitted to the California State Bar in 2002 after graduating cum laude from Pepperdine University School of Law. While at Pepperdine, Wendy was a member of the Law Review, served as a student mentor, and worked as both a legal research and writing teaching assistant and research assistant. In addition, Wendy participated in the Vincent S. Dalsimer Moot Court Competition for two years, winning Third Place Best Petitioner's Brief both years, and earning her the opportunity to meet Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg. |
