David specializes in construction defect litigation, representing a wide variety of entities, including developers, design professionals, and contractors. He has successfully defended claims involving window and glass systems, land subsidence, and architectural issues and represented clients in delay claims. David also provides insurance coverage analysis and advises. His practice extends to personal injury matters, defending contractors, public entities, and common carriers. He also re- presents various entities in product liability and consumer actions. David has had success at trial and in binding arbitrations representing developers and general con- tractors against claims involving land subsidence, residential and commercial property damage claims, and architectural design claims. While in law school, he clerked for the Honorable Ira A. Brown, Jr. in the San Francisco Superior Court and was selected to the national moot court competi- tion team. |
