Tod is an experienced transactional attorney and litigator in both federal and state courts. He provides full-service representation to businesses, ranging from intellectual property disputes to multi-million dollar franchise negotiations with government entities. Tod is an experienced appellate attorney and has suc- cessfully argued before the Federal Circuit Court of Appeals. Tod served as an extern for Judge Reinhart, United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Tod is a 1997 graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. He is a nationally rated chess expert (U.S.C.F.) with several tournament victories. |
