With over 30 years of experience, Greg’s trial expertise ranges from tort defense and trucking and transportation to injury defense, product liability, construction and environmental law. Greg now specializes in trial litigation as an eleventh hour attorney, where he has successfully associated in as trial counsel within 30-days of trial. Most recently, Kevin Smith and Greg became defense trial counsel only 2-weeks before trial in an asbestos mesothelioma action which resulted in a defense verdict after the other 20 defendants settled from the lawsuit. |
