Vivian is an associate in WSHB’s Los Angeles office, handling complex civil litigation with a focus on catastrophic injury, construction, and premises liability matters.
Vivian obtained her J.D. from UCLA School of Law. While in law school, she served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Rozella A. Oliver, Magistrate Judge of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. Vivian also volunteered as a mentor to aspiring law students through the UCLA Law Fellows program. She also served as the Academic Co-Chair of UCLA’s La Raza Student Association and as Senior Editor of the Chicana/o Latina/o Law Review.
Vivian is a proud double Bruin, having completed her undergraduate studies at the University of California, Los Angeles, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in History, cum laude. As an undergraduate student, Vivian participated in the UCLA Summer Travel Study, where she studied Medieval History in Paris, France. Vivian is fluent in Spanish.
