Tom Wynsma is a senior associate in the Orange County office of WSHB. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, including business, catastrophic injury and construction matters. He has successfully defended a wide variety of clients, including individuals, general contractors, developers, restaurants, distributors, and markets. Tom is experienced in handling all aspects of litigation from inception to trial.
Tom graduated magna cum laude from Northern Michigan University with a B.S. in Political Science/Pre-Law and Economics and a minor in Business Administration. While an undergrad, he served as a member of the student government, the President of the University’s Pre-Law Society, the Vice President of the Economics Student Association, a member of the Mortar Board National Senior Honor Society, and completed over 150 hours of community service as a member of the Student Leader Fellowship Program.
Tom obtained his J.D. from Dale E. Fowler School of Law at Chapman University. While in law school, he participated for two years in the National Moot Court Competition and was a quarter-finalist.
Tom is an active member of the Orange County Bar Association, including the OCBA, Young Lawyers Division. He is also a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and the Beverly Hills Bar Association.
