Sean Hernandez is an experienced trial lawyer and civil litigator admitted to practice law in the state of Florida. Formerly a state prosecutor, Sean has tried over fifty trials to verdict and enjoys an impressive record – never losing a first chair jury trial. He is well know for his results and success as a thought leader by some of Florida’s largest insurance carriers, primarily in cases involving fraud and misrepresentation.

Sean has extensive litigation experience in the first party property realm, and has successfully defended clients against claims of breach of contract and bad faith. He has litigated hundreds of cases involving hurricanes, storms, sinkholes, floods, fires, and other potential causes of structural damage to commercial and residential property.

Prior to litigating, Sean served his country in the U.S. Navy. He attended the Navy and Air Force Institute of Meteorology, and graduated first in his class. As a meteorologist, Sean worked at the Pentagon in the Department of Public Affairs, and at NASA Stennis Space Center in the Navy Special Warfare detachment for five years.

Sean earned his Bachelor of Science at the University of Maryland, and his Juris Doctor at Stetson College of Law. During law school, Sean was elected class president of the Real Property student organization, class representative of the Student Bar Association, research assistant for his Real Property professor, and an advocate in mock trial competitions.
