Robert Hensley is an associate at WSHB’s Rancho Cucamonga office. He has a broad range of experience in many areas of law, including construction defect litigation, general liability, and business litigation. Robert also handles a broad array of labor and employment matters, with a focus on defending against claims of discrimination, harassment, constructive discharge, wrongful termination, failure to accommodate, Labor Code 132(a), failure to engage in the interactive process, PAGA, and wage and hour issues. Robert has successfully represented clients before administrative agencies, including the California Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Division of Labor Standards Enforcement (DLSE), the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board (WCAB), and the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR).
Robert has experience resolving matters at all stages, ranging from pre-litigation demands, to mediation, to defending clients at trial. He has an adaptable, flexible, and case and client specific approach to defending his clients.
While at Western State College of Law, Robert founded the Environmental Law Society, and served as its President and Vice President. Robert also clerked for the Los Angeles County District Attorney, working in both the Norwalk Branch Court and Environmental Crimes/Consumer Protection Unit in downtown Los Angeles.
