Rachel is a senior associate in WSHB’s Northern California office. Her practice focuses on a wide range of complex issues, including employment, commercial, and business litigation, construction defect, and catastrophic injury in state and federal court. Prior to joining the firm, Rachel gained significant experience handling advising corporate clients in partnership dissolutions, breach of contract disputes, fiduciary issues, housing, and employment claims, including discrimination, retaliation, and harassment at reputable boutique law firms. Additionally, she has litigated intellectual property, real property, and bankruptcy matters. Rachel has first chair and second chair trial and arbitration experience, as well as experience successfully arguing dispositive motions.

Prior to joining the firm, Rachel attended UC Hastings College of the Law. While in law school, she received the CALI Award for Excellence in Contracts and Alternative Dispute Resolution. During law school, Rachel worked at the Worker’s Rights Clinic, Employment Law Center and completed an externship at the Unified Family Court, San Francisco Superior Court. She was also a legal extern at Advancing Standards in Reproductive Health, a collaborative research group at UCSF. Prior to attending law school, Rachel received her B.A. in Political Theory with a minor in Law and Society from UC San Diego. While attending UC San Diego, Rachel was active in Phi Alpha Delta and served on the Associated Students Women’s Commission.
