Nick is an associate in WSHB’s Los Angeles office, where he focuses his practice on construction defect, professional liability, employment, commercial and business litigation, and catastrophic injury matters.
Nick received his law degree from Loyola Law School, graduating with honors in the civil litigation and advocacy concentration. While in law school, Nick represented his alma matter at the Tulane Major League Baseball Arbitration Competition. He also participated in the Hobbs program, where he completed an externship for the Inglewood branch of the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office. While there, he prepared trials, wrote and argued motions, and conducted preliminary hearings for felony crimes. Further, Nick worked for the Target Crimes and Hardcore Gangs Divisions Unit for the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office.
Nick earned his undergraduate degree in History with a minor in Political Science from Trinity University in Texas. While there, he played four years of baseball and was elected Captain for two of those years. He also earned a place on the Dean’s List and graduated cum laude.
