Matthew Ross is an associate in WSHB’s New York office, where he focuses his practice on complex litigation, including catastrophic injury, construction, employment practices liability and securities disputes. Prior to joining the firm, Matthew was a summer associate at a real estate litigation firm, where he worked on a wide range of landlord-tenant and condo/co-op issues. He also drafted coverage changes for title insurance policies and assisted in the publication of a New York Law Journal article.
Matthew received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice from the University at Albany, State University of New York. Matthew earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where he was awarded the Dean’s Award for Excellence in Estate Administration – Litigation. During law school, Matthew worked as a student attorney for St. John’s Child Advocacy Clinic and interned at the Environmental Protection Agency.
