Laura Seider is a senior associate in WSHB’s Philadelphia office, where she focuses her practice on a wide variety of matters, including catastrophic injury, insurance coverage, and transportation. Laura also assists our national insurance coverage practice by advising and representing domestic and international insurers on first-party property (Homeowner’s and Commercial), commercial general liability, construction defect, and professional errors and omission claims. Laura has successfully litigated a wide variety of first-party and third-party insurance cases, including the interpretation of policy provisions and exclusions, bad faith and extra-contractual claims. She is an experienced litigator, handling arbitrations, alternative dispute resolution, and trials. Throughout her career, Laura has tried a number of cases to verdict, both jury and non-jury, in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties, as well as federal court.
Laura graduated from Rutgers University in 2006 with Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Criminal Justice. She then went on to obtain her law degree at Rutgers University School of Law in 2010.
