Kristina is a senior associate in WSHB’s Northern California office, where she focuses her practice on complex civil litigation, including construction defect and catastrophic injury.
Kristina attended University of San Diego School of Law, where she participated in Moot Court, as well as several legal clinics, including small claims clinic and the patient advocacy clinic, advocating for patients placed on temporary holds. Kristina earned her undergraduate degree at UCLA.
Prior to joining WSHB, Kristina had her own estate planning and bankruptcy practice in San Diego. She also worked at a bankruptcy firm in Santa Clara, as well as a firm in Concord, where she focused her practice on construction defect.
Kristina volunteers her time with Contra Costa Legal Services, participating in the elder law clinic at Rossmoor. Kristina is also a member of the Queens Bench Bar Association, an organization that fosters professional and social relationships among women lawyers to promote equality and opportunity for women. And, in January 2019, Kristina was the keynote speaker at the Forensic Expert Witness Association dinner, presenting tips and practice pointers to expert witnesses regarding testimony at deposition and trial.
