Kevin is an associate in WSHB’s Northern California Office, where his practice focuses on a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters including transportation, construction defect, and catastrophic injury.

Prior to joining the firm, Kevin served as a Deputy District Attorney in both Solano and Tuolumne County, handling primarily misdemeanor and felony prosecutions. In that capacity, Kevin gained a wealth of litigation experience, litigating hundreds of pretrial motions and hearings, and trying 19 jury trials. Kevin also has experience arguing before various court of appeals.

Kevin received his law degree from Golden Gate University School of Law, graduating fourth in his class. While in law school, Kevin served as an associate editor for the school’s Law Review and published an article regarding the Second Amendment. Kevin received multiple awards while in school, including the Witkin Award for Torts. After his first year, Kevin attended a litigation training program and interned for the San Francisco District Attorney’s Office. While in law school, Kevin was an active member of the Veterans Group and mentor for first year law students. Kevin also competed on two separate national mock trial teams. In his third year, Kevin clerked for the Honorable Stuart Hing at the Alameda Superior Court.

Prior to attending law school, Kevin received his bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from American Military University and is a U.S. Army Veteran.
