Jordan’s practice includes the defense of a wide variety of complex civil litigation in state and federal courts. He has extensive experience in the defense of habitability claims, including those in rent-control jurisdictions, involving mold and vermin infestations, building envelope issues, commercial pesticides, as well as various other environmental contaminants. Jordan also has experience defending state class action matters, catastrophic injury litigation, and transportation litigation. He has successfully handled several cases from inception to conclusion.
Jordan received his undergraduate degree from the University of Central Florida and his law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law. While in law school, Jordan served as a judicial extern to the Honorable David H. Bartick in the United States District Court and the Honorable Richard D. Huffman in the California Court of Appeal.
