Jennifer is an associate in WSHB’s Denver office, where she defends clients and insurers on a variety of complex civil litigation matters, including construction defect, product liability, premises liability, and state and federal appeals. In addition, Jennifer assists WSHB’s national insurance coverage practice by advising and representing domestic and international insurers on first-party property (homeowner’s and commercial), commercial general liability, construction defect, and professional errors and omission claims.
Prior to joining WSHB, Jennifer completed an appellate clerkship for the Honorable John Daniel Dailey of the Colorado Court of Appeals. Jennifer is a graduate of the University of Colorado Law School, where she competed on the Mock Trial team, was President of the Women’s Law Caucus, and was Production Editor of the University of Colorado Law Review. During law school, she also interned in the Boulder District Attorney’s Office, and clerked for Judge F. Stephen Collins of the Arapahoe County District Court, and for Judge John F. Stavely of the Boulder County Court. Jennifer received both her undergraduate and master’s degrees from the University of Denver.
