Eva Sullivan is a senior associate in the New York office of WSHB, where her practice focuses on complex civil litigation, professional liability, catastrophic injury and commercial and business litigation. Prior to joining WSHB, Eva worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Benton County, Washington where she gained significant litigation experience including law and motion practice, mediation, trial and appellate practice. As a deputy prosecuting attorney, she tried both misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases in jury and non-jury trials and conducted pre-trial hearings.
Eva graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law in 2012, where she was ranked as one of the top 16 of 100 moot court advocates. While attending law school, she participated in the in the Jessup Moot Court Competition and was a student writer for the Journal of Transnational Law & Contemporary Problems. She also worked as a research assistant to the Associate Dean of International and Comparative Law Programs, Adrien K. Wing. Eva received her undergraduate degree in Classical Studies from the University of Pennsylvania where she achieved the Dean’s List for academic honors and was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. Eva is admitted to practice in New York, Washington and Missouri.
