Dominic Ripoli is an associate in WSHB’s Northern California office. In addition to handling complex commercial and business litigation, he is well regarded for his legal prowess in the emerging area of cannabis business law. Dominic has extensive experience with helping clients acquire and maintain their California commercial cannabis business license. He assists entrepreneurs in forming their corporate entity and developing their business strategies amidst ever-changing and complex laws and regulations facing would-be licensed commercial cannabis businesses.

A Bay Area native, Dominic attended Howard University in Washington, D.C. as an undergrad. He returned back to Northern California to pursue his legal career at Golden Gate University School of Law in San Francisco.

In his free time, Dominic serves as the Chair of the Alameda County Bar Association’s Cannabis Law Section. He is a regular panelist or moderator for cannabis education events and programs held in the Bay Area.
