Overview

Cole Munson is a results-oriented litigator and partner at WSHB. Cole's practice includes complex, commercial and general liability litigation, including construction disputes, contractual disputes, personal injury, products liability, and professional liability. He has successfully obtained defense verdicts at trial and arbitration, successfully argued multiple appeals on behalf of his clients, and successfully obtained judgments in favor of his clients on summary judgment.

Cole’s experience includes defending owners, developers, general contractors, board members, and insurers in complex, commercial and general liability matters. Before joining the firm, Cole worked with insurance carriers and their insureds on first and third-party matters, which included automobile negligence, insurance coverage, construction defect, professional liability, real estate, and subrogation. He gained substantial experience handling intellectual property issues including trademarks for a globally recognized media and lifestyle conglomerate. On a pro bono basis, Cole currently assists the Volunteers of Legal Services’ Microenterprise Project. In this capacity, he helps small businesses and organizations with intellectual property matters.
