Brent Sunnucks is an associate in WSHB’s Tampa office. His practice focuses on the defense of claims involving construction defect, commercial and complex litigation, automobile negligence, and subrogation. Brent is also experienced in representing insurance carriers and employers in worker’s compensation matters.

Brent graduated cum laude from the Florida State University College of Law. He received the book award in his upper-writing seminar, and graduated in the top third of his class. While at law school, he clerked with the Pinellas County Attorney’s Office and also with the Public Defender’s Office in the Second Judicial Circuit.

In addition to his law degree, Brent also possesses a master’s degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University. Brent received his undergraduate degree in History from Florida State University. Prior to law school, he was a teacher with Pinellas County Schools, teaching psychology and world history classes, as well as coaching the swim team.
