Bio

Amy is a senior associate in WSHB’s Northern California office. Her practice focuses on a wide range of complex issues, including construction defect, catastrophic injury, commercial and business litigation, and premises liability. Prior to joining the firm, Amy had significant experience handling complex matters involving torts, product liability, inverse condemnation, and construction defect litigation.

Amy attended the McGeorge School of Law. While at McGeorge, Amy competed in national and international moot court competitions, including the Asian Pacific American Bar Association’s Thomas Tang Moot Court Competition. She was also a member of the mock trial team. After her first year of law school, Amy interned at the Yolo County Superior Court Family Law Facilitator’s Office, before clerking at a civil litigation firm in West Sacramento.

Prior to attending law school, Amy graduated cum laude from Saint Mary’s College of California, where she was editor-in-chief of a literary magazine and an AmeriCorps volunteer. After graduation, Amy spent three years working at an international business law firm.
