WSHB’s client, in the face of claims exceeding $21 million (plus the potential for punitive damages), came out victorious following a four-day jury trial in the Central District (Los Angeles) Federal Court. Partner Raymond Babaian and Senior Associate Michael J. Montgomery (Rancho Cucamonga) successfully defended against all claims sought against our client relating to a products liability and breach of contract matter, and obtained judgment on all affirmative claims sought by our client in the amount of $351,738.07....
